Odeum is the Arts and Entertainment Web site focusing on what to do and where to go in the Cattaraugus County and Eastern Chautauqua County area. Odeum covers music, dining, performing arts, visual arts and cultural events that happen in the region with first-class writing and photography, as well as offering readers and viewers the chance to share their thoughts, opinions and pictures with others. 

The Web site targets those that like to go out and hear a live band, see a play, or browse an art gallery. Someone looking for a good meal at a new place will also find what they are looking for in Odeum. There is no age range, as art and food know no boundaries. A good band is dependent on what kind of music a person likes. Odeum covers it all from classical, to zydeco, to Honky-Tonk country. Odeum will cover bands that play cover songs of Top 40 tunes and the local hard rock or heavy metal band as well. It will all be there. Performances at the world-renowned Chautauqua Institution and the Reg Lenna Civic Center will be placed next to local stage talent performing at area workshop theaters.

Odeum will be the place for local painters, sculptors and jewelry makers to tell the story of their art as well; from the Regina A. Quick Center at St. Bonaventure University to the Olean Public Library, from the Roger Tory Peterson Center to the Jamestown Savings Bank Ice Arena, art will have a home in Odeum.
