Brother’s Louis and John Watson began the business in 1946, with the help of their wives in the back of their luncheonette on Delaware Ave in Kenmore, N.Y. Louis’s son Jim Watson has since helped to expand the family business which separated from the dinner in 1987. Jim’s daughter Whitney has also helped the business expand their product line and open several more stores in Western NewYork, according to their website.
